How to play
Hold LEFT or RIGHT, or drag across the playfield, to steer. Dodge meteors, missiles, rockets, and alien ships. Distance is your score. Complete a sector to transform your jet and continue flying.
- Start with one life. Catch a shield on odd-numbered sectors and an extra life on even-numbered sectors.
- A shield disappears immediately when it blocks one hit, or expires after eight seconds.
- If you crash with a spare life, you can keep flying with three seconds of recovery protection.
- Catch a thruster every third sector for an invincible 10,000-meter boost.
- Unlock cosmetic aircraft through distance milestones or shield collections. Pick your favorite in the hangar.
Pause and sound
Use the pause button to take a break. Resuming gives you a 3–2–1 countdown. The iPhone app pauses when you switch away. Music and sound effects have separate controls.
Progress and offline play
The iPhone app includes the complete game and works offline. Your best distance, highest rank, aircraft unlocks, and chosen jet are saved on your device. This progress is separate from other devices and browsers. Deleting the app or clearing browser data can remove local progress. An unfinished flight may end if the app is closed or the system ends its process.
Worldwide top 50
The leaderboard needs an internet connection. Score sharing is off by default. Open World Top 50, read the notice, and choose ALLOW SCORE SHARING to automatically upload future online flights under a generated pilot nickname or your saved callsign. PLAY WITHOUT SHARING keeps your flights on your device. TURN OFF SCORE SHARING stops future uploads and pending retries. Saving a callsign alone does not enable sharing. The 50 longest flights appear on the board, including multiple flights from the same pilot. Change your callsign in World Top 50. Use a nickname and avoid personal information.
On World Top 50, tap REPORT / BLOCK beneath a pilot name. Select a reason and tap SEND REPORT, or choose BLOCK PILOT to hide their entries. Use BLOCKED PILOTS to unblock. Names must not contain hate, harassment, sexual content, or personal information. Reports are reviewed by the developer; abusive pilots can be removed and prevented from submitting further scores under that identity. To appeal a decision, report an urgent concern, or request removal of your own entry, email toprunspacearcade@gmail.com with the displayed pilot name and distance. Include a screenshot if possible.
